Är det någon som känner till om det gjorts några undersökningar
rörande ISO 9000 och kvalitetsutveckling på bibliotek? Jag är främst
intresserad av folkbibliotek/public libraries och svenska/nordiska
förhållanden, men allt material kan vara av värde.
