CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST 

SLS Information Systems, the European division of Innovative, supplies the
INNOPAC Millennium library management system as well as service and support
to all Scandinavian LIBERTAS customers.

SLS is currently expanding it's customer support team, and is seeking a
Customer Support Analyst based in Stockholm.

The successful candidate will join the company's European Operations team,
with responsibility for providing support, training and consultancy to new
and existing customers in Sweden and other parts of Europe. The main roles
will be telephone support for existing users of the company's library
systems, and on-site training, primarily for new users during their system
implementation.

Candidates should have an academic degree, with experience in libraries and
the use of library computer systems. They should have good interpersonal
and communication skills (including fluency in Swedish and English), and a
commitment to service. Additional language skills would be an advantage.

A good salary package is offered, compatible with the candidate's
experience and the demands of the post.
