In preparation of the electronic extension of selected sessions from the
International Conference on Ecological Engineering (ICEE), Beijing,
October 7-11, 1996;  the mailing list ET-ATLAS will be used as the
"briefing room"..... for all participants and will enable all
subscribers to receive updates on the preparation of the electronic
conference and general information, e.g. on how to participate, etc.
 
In the future, all ICEE announcements will be made only via ET-ATLAS
