PERICLES (http://pericles-project.eu/main) has been a large project
funded by EU with a focus on preservation of digital objects in an
environment that is subject to change.

Within the project, over the past four years, many software and tools have
been developed. As application and commercialization of such solutions is
not part of (or of interest to) the project, we have organized a workshop
(on September 22nd in GBG) presenting a selection of these tools for those
who may be interested in either using, further developing, and or
commercializing these.

All these tools are open source and free of charge and ready to adoption.

Both attendance at the workshop and the uptake of the tools are free of
charge, but registration is required.

Here is a link to the workshop description and option for registration:

https://www.hb.se/en/about-ub/current/events/demonstration-workshop/

Feel free to register and participate in the workshop!!

The content of the presentations is not finalised but could include the
following tools:

PET - PERICLES Extraction Tool
PeriCAT - PERICLES Content Aggregation Tool
PROPHeT - PERICLES Ontology Population Tool
EcoBuilder - a tool for creating Digital Ecosystem Model instances
Somoclu - Self Organizing Maps Over a CLUster
ERMR - Entity Registry Model Repository
Semantic drift monitoring tool
Policy Editor - a tool for editing low-level “concrete” policies

[There will also be a related seminar at the Book Fair (GBG, Sweden) at
12:00-12:45 in room E1 on the same day -September 22nd, 2016.
Welcome to listen to an interesting and actual discussion.]
