recruits Account Development Manager to cover Finland and Estonia
You will be responsible for the sales leads for Finland and Estonia, contacting existing and new customers, visiting customers, offering demonstrations and training on the information services available to them. You will mainly sell subscription services (print- and electronic journals) and you will work closely with the Customer Services team based in Aalsmeer, The Netherlands office to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers.
The role requires the candidate to be willing to live in The Netherlands for the duration of approximately 6-12 months and thereafter to relocate to Finland, Helsinki environment. You are expected to be on the road for 3/5 days a week with two days updating systems and administration. The first year, however, will involve much training and gaining experience in Aalsmeer, The Netherlands office.
You must have a strong customer service philosophy, be self-motivated, disciplined and flexible, have a good standard of Finnish, English and preferably also Swedish, and be articulate and demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines and schedules and have the ability to travel in an effective way.
EBSCO Information Services, www.ebsco.com, is an American based organisation with one office based in Aalsmeer, The Netherlands, that services the Nordic countries. Our staff of 40 people is internationally focussed and includes, among others, Finnish and Swedish speaking staff. You will report back to the Nordic Sales Manager based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Experience from the library business will be taken into account.
