Title:   Design of an IBS Eco-Village for 300 Families of the
          Disabled in Poipet, Cambodia
Author: Peter Guagliano (Care Consultants Group (Thailand) Ltd).
Short Summary :
   This project aims to build a village for 300 families for the
   disabled in Poipet, Cambodia. The vast majority of disabled
   people are land mine accident amputees but includes blind people
   and several people paralyzed from polio. The village will use the
   Integrated Bio-Systems Concept in its attempt to be self sufficient
   and sustainable through e.g. efficient use and recycling of plant
   and animal by-products and wastes. The target group owns
   45 hectares of suitable land and another 100 ha is to be
   purchased with the assistance the Training and Occupation
   for Disabled Association (TODA).
   This e-seminar/workshop will enable participants to discuss
   plans for the Eco-Farm, share experiences from earlier works
   and provide opportunities for further cooperation.
