Googles cyniska personalpolitik har väckt uppmärksamhet.
Personalen delas in med olika färger, högst i hierarkin står
naturligtvis dom med vita namnskyltar, dom heltidsanställda.
Inhyrda har röda namnskyltar Utan några som helst förmåner
och längst ner står dom med gula namnskyltar.
I Tyskland under 30- och 40-talet tvingades en viss grupp
människor bära den gula färgen, en färg som nu Google
använder för att markera mindre förtjänta medarbetares
låga status och utanförskap.
Klass och ras är ingenting Google vill skylta med.
Naturligtvis sparkade Google den icke lojale medarbetaren
som tog upp problemet.

White badges are full time employees, red badges are contractors, and yellow
badges are known as scan ops. The yellow badges work in building 3.1459~
and do not get the same benefits as almost everyone else. Their jobs are
mainly to scan books for Google Book Search. Most of them are people of
color who do not enjoy their job, but it pays the bills. Andrew Norman
Wilson produced the above video and lost his job as part of his investigation.

eat free gourmet Google meals, attend Authors@Google talks and receive free,
signed copies of the author’s books, or set foot anywhere else on campus except
for the building they work in. They also are not given backpacks,
mobile devices,
thumb drives, or any chance for social interaction with any other
Google employees.
Most Google employees don’t know about the yellow badge class.
